The firm is seeking to fill a fulltime drafter position in our engineering department.Responsibilities:Provides engineering support for projects incorporating mechanical drawings, electrical schematic diagrams, piping design, drafting and engineering documentation control. Creates drawings to assist engineers in developing designs. Develops preliminary sketches or schematics, layout, detail and assembly drawings. Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a computing background (Degree, HND or equivalent) with 2+ years track record of problem analysis, application support, issues resolution and solution deployment, within a software product support environment. The ability to provide issue management capability within agreed customer service levels and maintain relationships between our customers and the product development management team is essential. -Successful candidates must have excellent verbal and written French communication skills along with fluent English language skills. -Experience of different MS PC OS Platforms, Oracle and SQL relational database systems and network environments would be desirable -Successful candidates must hold a valid driving license -An understanding of WFM/T&A/ACD/CTI/HR/Payroll/POS (software) systems would be a distinct advantage.
