Sous Chef - Ј18,000 - Ј20,000 depending on experience + live in or out.
A beautiful, traditional hotel that is well established and respected in the area are seeking a Sous Chef. The newly refurbished brasserie area of the hotel, with its bright and spacious conservatory offers a wide selection of dishes and fine wines and is overlooking the courtyard, alfresco dining is a popular pastime weather permitting!
You would be assisting the Head Chef with a team of 5 servicing the restaurant*brasserie, lounge bar and 2 banqueting suites. As the second in command it is your responsibility to oversee the kitchen and manage staff in the Head Chef`s absence. The style of food is modern English brasserie style.
It is essential that you have 3 years chef experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills. Hours as required.
There is an option of live-in if required.
