Account Supervisor – LGBT Marketing:
Target 10 seeks an Account Supervisor to join our growing team of smart, dynamic marketing professionals specializing in the LGBT segment
Candidates must have superior communications skills and a core competency in at least one of the following disciplines: PR, social media, digital, event marketing or advertising. Experience in multiple disciplines is a plus and agency experience is strongly preferred. The leader we are seeking should have a demonstrated record of success and career advancement through increasingly responsible positions. LGBT consumer insights are required.
Core responsibilities will include managing all aspects of day to day client relationships, leadership of integrated multi-discipline marketing efforts, project management supervision and leadership of client meetings. The Account Supervisor will participate in all aspects of our business:
• Strategy development and planning
• Creative platform and tactical development
• Word-of-mouth/buzz/influencer marketing
• Public relations, advertising, consumer promotions and online programs
• Program execution
• New Business development
The position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the candidate we seek must demonstrate the following qualities:
- Comfortable in a highly social/networking intensive environment
- Quick learner with an ability to understand client’s key business objectives and marketing challenges
- Previous agency experience
- Effective team player
- Strong presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and strong work ethic
- Ability to build and develop cooperative relationships with clients, outside agencies, and vendors
- A passion for marketing brands to gay and lesbian consumers
