A Financial Services firm has an immediate opening for a full time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for answering a multi line phone, scheduling, processing account applications, assisting with research projects and other administrative tasks as needed. Administrative Assistants should be detail oriented and have the ability to multitask in a busy office environment. Must be proficient with MS Excel and Word. Our model candidate will be well-mannered, prompt, and professional in both manner and attire. Typing/computer knowledge is a necessity. Ability to think quickly and creatively when working on projects. You must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. The hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
