Property Manager required for top 5 star hotel in Hertfordshire. You will be supervising the maintenance and repair of the Hotel building, grounds, contents and staff houses and ensuring safe, efficient and presentable operation of all equipment, therefore you must have a good knowledge of mechanical*plant & electrical equipment. You must have previous Hotel maintenance experience and strong management and organisational skills. Also strong verbal communication and Health & safety.
