We are an early-stage web start-up looking for an aspiring photographer to help us create and aggregate content related to NYC neighborhoods. We have already filled two internship positions and are looking for another photographer to join the team.
YOU…
- Are highly creative and motivated
- Have your own camera (w/ USB to upload directly to a computer)
- Don’t mind subways and have a deep understanding of NYC geography
- Will be responsible for combing the city and surrounding areas (this includes Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Hoboken)
This is an UNPAID internship and ideal for a college student looking for college credit and/or something productive to do with a little free time.
We do compensate you via coffee/tea/dinner when we meet and we promise to provide a lot of fun / generally good times. You can work from home, Starbucks, a bench in Washington Square Park, whatever you’d like. We only ask that you commit a minimum of 10 hours a week and are available to meet once a week to go over your progress (we do this on Wednesday for about an hour). You’ll be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement as well…nothing fancy, just something to ensure that mum’s the word until we go live. Then, you can tell anyone and everyone you know. Promise.
