CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT REP
The H. W. Wilson Company has published reference materials for the library market for 110 years. The Company is seeking a Customer Care Support Rep to coordinate and respond to customer inquiries regarding the technical aspects of the Company`s databases and platform, Wilson Web. Prior tech support experience with strong understanding of technology and database system capabilities is required.
