Full time, Executive Admin / Office Manager to start immediately in midtown Retail Executive Recruitment firm.

We are a tight-knit, fun and energetic office. Everybody pitches in on every project to make our clients very happy.



The Office Manager will be involved in our daily operations, including but not limited to the following tasks:



• Be the “face and voice” of the company by greeting clients, candidates, tenants, vendors and partners who walk in and/or phone in

• Manage all phone calls

• Candidate coordination including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel, managing expenses, and typing references

• Bill clients and track payments

• General office management, including the appearance of the office

• Handle sensitive and confidential matters

• Prep documents and agendas for company meetings

• Run reports

• Maintain the inventory of office supplies & reorder as necessary

• Keep the office calendar up to date

• Responsible for office technology, including phone, Internet and software capabilities

• Manage packages, messengers and parcel post including opening mail

• Manage ordering for staff lunches



Qualifications for the position:



• Excellent phone manner, be personable, engaging and articulate

• Strong writing skills

• A desire to learn about the retail and fashion industries through the back end of the business

• Proficiency with MS Office a must (Word, Excel)

• Experience with administrative duties and supporting a senior executive

• An ability to wear many hats, learn quickly, pick up the slack and fill in the blanks

• An affinity for problem solving and making decisions on the fly
