Construction consulting firm seeks real estate sales professional to help grow downtown office. Experience in the New York commercial interior market is a big plus. Must be self-motivated, aggressive, and demonstrate a tireless work ethic. Applicants should have at least 2 years of real estate sales experience and possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Must be comfortable making cold calls, sales visits, and highly driven to gaining new clients. We possess a robust database of prospects, as well as a subscription to top lead source. Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Prospecting and qualifying potential new accounts/contacts and pitch new business
-Aggressively pursue building managers, owners, and brokers for work
-Brainstorm creative ways to find potential clients
-Coordinate with project management staff to increase work from existing accounts
-Participate in industry related functions, e.g., BOMA, REBNY, BuildingsNY, etc.
-Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue goals
