Clothing Company of over 30 years seeking experienced individual to coordinate and follow up on import shipments and assist with other aspects of inventory, shipping, returns etc.
Some of the responsibilities this person will have (but not limited to):
1. Following up on tracking of containers from overseas. This person must be in touch with factories overseas and freight forwarders to make sure all documents are in order, and insure that shipments move quickly and swiftly through customs.
2. This person must coordinate with different warehouses and schedule for the delivery of these containers on a daily basis.
3. This person should have knowledge of the upcoming ISF rules and implementation of this.
4. Should be familiar with import documents. Documents will have to be sent to customs and customs brokers and inputted in our system.
5. Helping with the implementation of new USA regulations.

We are looking for someone with experience in this field. Experience of 2 years or more needed.
