kikin is searching for a Web Developer / CSS Specialist to work within our Frontend team on the kikin application and website, utilizing advanced CSS, Javascript and related technologies. Kikin enriches and personalizes the Internet experience for web users without the need to change browsing behavior.
Responsibilities
• Participate in developing and maintaining our web site and the kikin service
• Develop solutions for the integration of our branded partner websites and pitch pages
• Deliver high quality hand-coded prototypes of client web applications
• Collaborate with product and dev team to establish functionality and design specs
• Develop templates and documentation for rapid customization and integration
• Provide feedback, analysis, testing and debugging
Skills
• Expert in newest HTML standards, XHTML and XML
• Expert in CSS
• Advanced JavaScript knowledge
• Expertise with jQuery or similar JavaScript library preferred
• 3 yrs professional Web development and production experience
• Understanding of existing design standards to deliver validated, maintainable code
Experience
• Ability to work in small, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience in an e-commerce environment or Internet startup preferred
