Seeking a high energy Executive Assistant to support the Manager of a very busy Pharmacy Company.
Primary responsibilities include managing his calendar, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings and events, dealing with general office management (purchasing supplies, answering phones), and handling additional administrative duties as required. Successful candidate must be a self-starter with great initiative, superb organizational skills, the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, attention to detail, and be able to work independently and to adapt gracefully to the last minute changes to the calendar and priorities that are common in a client service business -- which also will require a good sense of humor. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) are essential. This full time position is a long term opportunity for the ideal candidate.
Compensation: $11/Hr
