Small award winning NYC design firm, with focus on housing seeks the following person:
SENIOR ARCHITECT:
- Minimum 10-12 years experience capable of running a job from start to finish under the direction of a Principal.
Position offers the opportunity to work in all phases of large scale residential projects with emphasis on sustainable design.
Candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
We are looking for a reliable and dependable person to grow with us.
AutoCAD skills a must; knowledge of sustainable design and 3D modeling skills a plus.
Requirements:
- Professional Architectural Degree
- Analytical and Organizational Skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in Team setting
- Knowledge and/or interest in environmental and sustainable design
