We have an immediate need for 3-4 CNAs/ Caregivers to care for a middle age man in Peconic .
This is a 7 days a week, 24 hours a day case so there are several opportunities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Providing social and emotional support
* Assisting in range of motion exercises or transferring or walking or positioning Following the Nursing Care Plan
* Escorting to doctor appointments or shopping
* Laundry and linen changes
* Light housekeeping
* Medication reminders
* Meal preparation and clean up
Job Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED
* Recent 1+ year experience in home care
* State CNA certification or accredited HHA certificate
* Ability to speak, read, and write English
* Ability to travel on a daily basis
* Submit to post offer, pre-employment physical examination / medical history check
* Be drug free and squeaky clean
