The technical acumen to recognize the opportunities that the proactive use of technology can create (strong IT knowledge and management skills); the ability to look beyond current organizational and personal trajectories, and discern untapped potential (manage performance of the IT department as well as individual employees); the intuition to assess skills and capabilities within individuals and teams and resource new talent to address areas of need (manage hiring of new employees as well as the structure of the IT department); and the entrepreneurial spirit, technological awareness and business foresight to make decisions that create results now but will still make sense in 2020 (direct IT with decisions that solve problems now and lay the groundwork for the future).

• A broad scope of technical knowledge and experience, including internal and external Infrastructure, Software Architecture, Web Systems, Security systems and processes, Disaster Recovery and Telephony systems
• A demonstrated entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset that has yielded significant success in a professional setting
• Exceptional leadership ability as demonstrated through management of individuals and teams
