EXPERIENCED Customer Care Representative needed for rapidly growing Pharmacy. We pride ourselves in our customer service and so we are seeking an individual who can effectively interface with our customers and medical providers.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:
* Answering Phones
* Insurance Verification/ Follow-up
* Taking verbal RX orders over the phone
* Pre-certification and verification of insurance eligibility
* Setting up delivery of medication with patients
* Ability to effectively communicate with medical providers & patients
