The Organic Motion Operations and Installation team manages and executes successful installs of Stage, OpenStage, and BioStage systems around the country and world. The Operations Associate position involves preparing for installations, installing, and providing support. We are looking for the individual who is constantly coming up with new processes and techniques to save time and provide better reliability with all sorts of processes. The ideal candidate would have experience taking apart and putting together computers, installing windows and debugging hardware. This individual would also be experienced with drilling / dremel / screwing and general problem solving and has a willingness to travel.
* Knowledge of how to handle electronics
* Computer hardware and os / driver installation
* Flexible to work odd hours and travel
* Extreme interest in expanding general building and computer knowledge
* Great ability to multi-task, prioritize and support each client
* Highly organized and efficient with time
* 3D modeling and Animation a big plus
* Technically competent, both mechanically and with various software
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Experience with motion capture helpful
* Works well with deadlines
* Independent worker and works well in team
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* BA / BS from a 4 year college
