Bright, friendly individual is needed for modern,cosmetic dermatology practice. Duties include scheduling appointments, filing, faxing, photocopying, entering new patients into the computer,verifying insurance, maintaining inventory, collecting payments, and general office duties. Strong computer skills are required. During patient hours you will be assisting the doctor by bringing patients to the examination rooms and freshening the rooms between patients.
Applicants must either be a college graduate or else have a minimum of 2 years private practice experience.
Hours: Monday and Wednesday 11:30 AM- 6:30 PM
Tuesday and Thursday 9AM- 5:30 PM
(occasionally you may need to come in earlier on Monday or Wednesday)
