Top Conference Centre with over 50 rooms in Cheshire seeks an experienced Second Chef. Excellent opportunity for an aspiring Sous Chef to work in a small hands-on team. Responsibilities will include the production and direction of all areas of food preparation within a quality fresh food environment. You will be assisting the Head of Department in the administration and co-ordination of the kitchen. A passion for menu planning and team management is essential, as well as experience of working within clear budgetary controls. You must have worked in a similar role within the 3*4 star market.
