Top 4 star hotel with over 100 rooms in Hampshire requires an experienced candidate who has worked in room sales & reservations in top hotels before. You will be supervising the reservations team of 3 to ensure the hotel achieves maximum room sales and is increasing profit. In-depth knowledge of the hotel business, upselling techniques, yield management and good sales ability are all required to achieve the set targets. The candidate will also possess excellent communications skills to liase with HOD`s, high levels of customer care and leadership qualities. You should be motivated and outgoing for this excellent opportunity to join a top hotel. 40 hour week, with hours to include weekends. Send me your CV today!
