Our ñlient – one of the leading production FMCG company successfully working and developing on the territory of Ukraine is looking for a specialist on the position Compensation and Benefits Specialist, Kiev.
Responsibilities:
- Budget Preparation: participate in Market Salary Survey Analyzes; ensure timely and qualitative completion of Salary Survey questionnaires and provide analyzes of submitted reports; regularly update economic trends and indicators; monitor and control bonus payments
- Calculate the bonus pay-outs based on achieved results provided by businesses. Prepare the information on Accruals of the Personnel Cost and consolidated cost of HR Department.
- Maintain Compensation information in the system SAP related to C&B function and support the process of salary review (ECM).
- Monitor the rental prices on the Market and negotiate the conditions of rental agreements with landlords or via agencies.
- Monitor the Market trends on Medical Insurance and Life Insurance programs
- Provide suggestions on improving the beneficial programs for Nestle Ukraine employees in HO and other locations
- Coordinate Social Fund Procedure implementation and abidance/adherence
- Support Regional offices and factories on C&B programs.
- Maintain and monitor on constant basis the KPI C&B report
- Participate in other different Projects concerned with C&B programs
- Administer all Expatriates issues including their remuneration package, health insurance, moves and housing.
- Reporting.
The main requirements:
- Higher Education preferred in Economics;
- A practical operational experience on similar position from 3th years in large FMCG companies;
- MS Office, (SAP – it is desirable);
- Perfect knowledge Excel;
- Very good Analytical skills;
- Communication and presentation skills;
- English – fluent;
- Knowledge western expert C&B (participation in filling of questionnaires E&Y, etc., participation in the tender on insurance providers, participation in revision salary);
- The operational experience with ex-stalemates (reception for them work permits, work with agency on apartments, transportation of expats and their families) is desirable
- Orientation to result, responsibility.
