An experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to work on a £21million road improvement and park & ride scheme in the Scarborough region. The duties of the role will include:
Risk analysis; Internal forecasting and cash flow;
Insurance notification and claims; Tender submissions;Takeoffs; Subcontract procurement; Commercial meetings; Subcontract selection negotiation, order placing and management; Reviewing of Commercial aspects of “day to day” Site activities; Preparation of Valuations and final accounts; Subcontract payments and final accounts; Company and Project commercial and financial reporting requirements; Control of project documentation.
