REGIONAL PLANNER – Salary: Negotiable
Our clients are leading homebuilders in the UK and urgently require:
Responsibilities:
Plan and program major construction projects from procurement to completion
Maintain regional profit targets and Expand turnover
To procure, cultivate and maintain competent staff
Closely work with Contract Planner, Assistant Planners Estimators, Project*Site Managers, Contract Managers, Contract Planners, IT Managers
Analyze requirement of plant and labor resources, and assess and evaluate construction methods and techniques
Preparation of detailed site documents with project team.
Accurate reporting and monitoring of site progress.
Assist in the preparation of tender submissions where required
