With over 50 staff in their Highways Team in Leeds they are one of the largest in the region and they are currently engaged on a number of large scale, technically demanding projects including:
- M1 Junction 19 improvements
- M25 widening (J1b – 3)
- M4 widening
- A14 improvements (£700m scheme)

As a Principal Engineer you will play a key part in managing project delivery and in providing support to the management team in developing our clients’ highways business.
With an ever expanding portfolio of projects you will be responsible for managing resources in line with project requirements and you will act as a focal point within the team for resolving any design issues.
You can expect to manage a team of up to 6 people and are likely to be working on multiple projects at any given time.
As you progress through the company you will have the opportunity to develop a technical or management biased career path depending on your preference.
