A highly successful and rapidly expanding Medical Communications agency is looking to recruit a talented Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities. This will involve leading teams to win new business to achieve the financial objectives in accordance with the company?s business plan. You core responsibilities will include : generating new clients and become an expert in their needs; working closely with the Account Director for an integrated approach to developing new business; developing new proposals and participate in pitches for new business; and to ensure continuous good relationships with clients. Suitable candidates will have a proven track record of winning new business within the healthcare arena and excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
