Dutch Speaking Helpdesk Analyst
Helpdesk Analyst with strong Dutch language skills (1st or 2nd language), 2 years IT experience in Windows*PC support, and full driving license is required by our client, a global blue chip organisation based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. This role will include the provision of 1st and 2nd line user support to their employees across their international division, responding to queries within agreed SLA`s. A full driving licence is essential and a thorough knowledge of applications (MS Office etc) and associated hardware, Printers, Scanner etc would help. Knowledge of Apple Mac and Mac O*S an advantage.
