IT Support and Installations - Windows, Firewalls, Networking. £18k-£22k
IT Support Technician with strong knowledge of Windows, SBS, MS Office and experience of installing new products required for exiting IT Solutions Company based in Essex. Some knowledge of firewalls and especially Watchguard products would be advantageous.Based in the Essex area you will have a driving licence as you will be travelling to client sites in London and Essex to work on installation projects. Your duties will also include remote support to clients from the office. You will be energetic and well presented with a good understanding of customer service and excellent communication skills. Excellent package with good expenses and training.
