We are currently recruiting for an experienced support engineer to provide 1st and 2nd Line support, this will mainly involve helpdesk support, but candidates will at times be required to provide 2nd line desktop support. Candidates will be handling calls from the helpdesk, resolving user issues and escalating calls to the 2nd line. Candidates will require strong Windows NT*XP*2000, Exchange, Outlook and Access database skills. Candidates will be require a good knowledge of Office and in particular MS Access as they will be solving user issues on Bespoke Access applications. The call logging software is Magic.MSB Technology (a division of MSB International PLC) is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
