The Systems Technician will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of timely and high quality IT infrastructure and systems services to all customers as defined in Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The primary aims of the organisation are to provide high quality, cost effective Information Technology solutions that meet local and national objectives. We aims to provide a complete and comprehensive customer focused service.Key skills: Multi-site, 3000 user, environment is primarily Windows 2000 Desktop, Windows NT*2000 Server, Exchange 5.5*2000, Veritas Backup Exec, Citrix.
