Technical Support - Cambridge
Technical Support vacancy for candidates with experience of Visual Basic and SQL Server, required for a fast growing company in the recruitment software industry based in Cambridge, England. You must also have experience in at least 2 of the following: VB Script, JavaScript, Windows NT*2000, Crystal Reports, Help Desk Systems, CRM Software, Structured Programming, Systems Design &*or Development. You should also have good customer service awareness. You will be responsible for all technical support queries direct from customers, remote installations, writing SQL*VB scripts, creating screen designs, and some Crystal reports. The role would suit a younger graduate with a `hobbyist` interest in all things IT. Salary £20k pa.
