Job Purpose: ?The primary objectives of the System Access Control Analyst function are as follows: ?Promote security best practice in project, analysis, development, test and delivery teams. Work within the System Access Control team to assist in the development and refinement of security standards and policies ?Contribute to ongoing security assessments ?Participate in, and conduct Information Security Risk Assessments ?Security testing of IT Infrastructure and applications ?Maintain awareness of the importance of System Access Control activity and manage any potential financial implications from internal or vendor System Access activity ?Ensure internal and vendor system access processes are aligned with the business requirements and WCS Technology Governance Framework. ?Build clear communication channels between the business, Service Management and the vendor to ensure optimal service delivery. ?Standardisation of Regional System Access Control Toolsets, Process and Procedures (ITIL)
Specific Key Tasks: ?Aid in establishing, maintaining and communicating standard system access processes and procedures with the vendor. ?Provide a single point of contact for internal and external audits. ?Define and conduct appropriate regular working group meetings with key stakeholders of System Access Control processes. ?Ensure regular review of system access control reports to ensure vendor performance is monitored and in line with agreed service levels. ?Contribute to and attend monthly service review meetings with vendors to discuss performance and any required improvement plans . ?Ensure that vendor conducts own regular system access meetings and communicates relevant information to all their key stakeholders. ?Represent and provide system access control related input to the Regional Business Continuity (BCP) * Disaster Recovery (DR) group when requested.
The Person (skills, qualifications, knowledge and experience):
Essential Skills:
?At least 3 years experience of working within a large scale and complex service management structure ?Proven experience of ITIL Service Management process planning, particularly System Access Control ?Experience of working within a System Access Control team ?Experience of Change Management ?Experience of Infrastructure Management Control ?Strong interpersonal skills & able to develop and maintain effective and credible relationships with business leaders and supplier management ?Proven analytical problem solving skills ?Proven communication skills ?Experience of working collaboratively with internal and external suppliers ?Ability to function as a member of a multi professional team ?Contribute to achieve Service Management excellence ?ISEB ITIL Certificate in Service Management (Foundation level) ?Knowledge of Supplier*Vendor Management ?Knowledge of Problem Solving Root Cause Analysis methods ?Knowledge of Service Management Toolsets
