My client requires a highly self motivated and pro-active person with the
following skills: Fault resolution - ability to confidently analyse and resolve faults. Analytical approach - able to understand a problem by systematically
breaking it down into component parts and identifying the relationships
between those parts. Communication skills - both oral and written with the ability to pitch them at levels the audience will understand. Customer focus - understanding customer needs, and keeping them in mind when taking actions or making decisions. Flexible, adaptable and persistent - able to meet targets even when adverse circumstances prevail. Planning and organization. At least 5 years Wintel server experience, preferably working on large-scale citrix systems. Wide knowledge of IT management and service provision issues. Essential technical knowledge: Server operating systems - NT4, Windows 2000, Citrix, Terminal server, Desirable technical knowledge:
