Leading IT and E-Business Solutions Company urgently requires and experience Technical Consultant. The position will involve; Policy and Strategy definition, conducting concept and feasibility studies, requirements capture, analysis and specification, business case preparation, Information security, knowledge management, provide technical assurance and project management support, and procurement and delivery of large IS*IT programmes in the public sector. The ideal candidate will be degree educated, and will have at least 4 years experience of providing IS*business consultancy to the central government or defence markets. You will also have experience with the IS*Communications aspects of major business change projects and programmes. You Must have solid experience and knowledge of E-Business, Internet technologies, data warehousing and business support applications, and preferably be PRINCE2 or SSADM certified.
