Customer support person required for 1st and 2nd level help desk, with potential to move into .NET development. The successful candidate will have had two years of professional experience with strong desire to progress from support to programming in the medium term. You will have good Windows and Support skills ans ome of SQL Server, VB Script, Access, Crystal Reports, remote desktop tools. The role will require providing 1st and 2nd level help desk support to the client`s customers; carrying out data conversions from a variety of sources into SQL Server; Writing VBScript to customise customer`s software; write reports for customers against SQL Server; and remotely install client`s software onto customers` systems using remote desktop tools.
