We are looking for an experienced Council tax recovery officer with a minimum 2 years previous experience.
Obtain evidence from customers
Deal with a range of customers (e.g. non-English speakers, disabled, angry*upset)
Will predominately working on Occupations and vacations, clearing a backlog.
The member of staff will need a good knowledge of Council Tax and NNDR legislation and procedures.
They will need to be able to do the following:-
Deal with the recovery of unpaid Council Tax or NNDR
Deal with the enforcement of unpaid CTAX or NNDR through court action or bailiffs.
