?Installation and configuration skills in server operating systems (Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server and Novell) ?skills in desktop operating systems (Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP Professional) ?Installation and configuration skills in Microsoft Office suite ? network design and management, TCP*IP, CISCO PIX Firewall, Remote Access and Radius ?Excellent Customer relation skills and Customer focus ?Proven track record in Service Support, with at least one years ?skills in Microsoft Exchange (version 5.5 onwards) ?skills in Novell e-Directory and ConsoleOne*Zenworks ?ITIL Service Support qualification ?Troubleshooting skills in data management and storage, Desirable
?Proven experience in Server Clustering technology : SAN and NAS ?Proven experience in Netapp Technology or similar together with a proven knowledge of backup and disaster recovery systems ?Knowledge of Prince 2 methodology ?CTC level Security Clearance ESSENTIAL
