Leasehold Officer An opportunity has arisen to join a major player in the provision of social housing in the UK. The role will suit a compotent leasehold officer with at least 1-2 years experience to ensure that the leasehold properties are properly maintained and that service contracts are in accordance with lease and legislative requirements. This role will require the ideal candidate to be fully versed in leasehold management policy and understand contract negotiations and service. IN SUMMARY: the person will be dealing with issues such as: 1) Service Charge Account queries 2) Dealing with disputes over service provision and resolving them with service provider 3) Subletting enquiries 4) Alteration requests 5) Nuisance & Complaints 6) Leasehold repairs advice
