Recruitment - Work from Home : Full Support Given
An opportunity to join an expanding, successful IT Recruitment Agency. The role is to resource for candidates and build relationships with clients. No cold calling for new business. All jobs*clients are provided. The role is to find candidates for the jobs through our adverts on 18 job boards and by searching on candidate databases made available to you via the company software. You will speak to potential candidates on the telephone to assess their suitability for the role and build an understanding of the clients and their job requirements through a developing relationship. Payment is made on a generous commission basis with good bonuses. EXCELLENT earnings potential. Work from home using the company`s central database and Email. This is a fulltime position but hours of work are flexible. Ideally you will have a background in IT, Recruitment Consultancy or an HR department of a large company. This is a great opportunity to be part of an innovative, successful business where all achievement is rewarded. As the company grows all employees will benefit from its success. Would also suit semi retired candidates.
