PFA Recruitment – putting your career first! Our client, a successful Consumer Finance Company is looking to recruit a Section Manager to support the Branch Manager.
The role is like no other, as Section Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing and motivating the branch team to ensure sales of lending products, customer growth, collections and bad debt targets are successfully achieved.
- Leading a team of Field Based Agents providing a weekly home collect service for loans and goods to customers.
- Developing a balanced customer base with profitable growth by issuing and granting credit control whilst managing arrears to maximise bad debt recovery.
- Staff recruitment, motivating, supporting, training and developing of each agent within the branch in order to develop a successful and outstanding team, surpassing yearly promotional targets.
Key Attributes:
- You must be result driven with relevant previous management*supervisory experience.
- You must possess current*recent experience within a customer focused environment
- Experience of meeting financial targets*deadlines
- Experience in Financial Services is not essential but would be an advantage.
