Territory Account Manager : Commodity Chemicals
THE CLIENT: This is a superb career opportunity to join one of the undisputed market leaders in their industry today. They specialise in producing a wide range of high quality chemicals and boast a reputation that is second to none. They are keen to meet outgoing and positive salespeople with a structured and team orientated approach to sales. In return for your efforts you will benefit from an in-depth training programme coupled with great prospects for those determined to develop further into more senior positions.
THE ROLE: You will be tasked with promoting their full range of products and value added services predominantly into the process and industrial ends user market. Key sectors include Food, Beverage and Dairy Sector. The majority of your time will be spent managing existing business whilst up to 30% will be centred around searching for new opportunities. Contact level will vary but will typically include Chief Engineers, Buyers, Hygiene Managers and Technical Directors. Experience selling chemicals is not important; however a track record of selling products or services to industrial or process end users is a major benefit.
