My Client a top 3 Spread Betting * Trading Company based in Gibraltar are seeking a Trading Communications Connectivity Specialist to join their IT of 7 based in Gibraltar. The role will involve implementing the installation of various exchanges and market data feeds into the Company as well as having major input into the overall IT Strategy and Design.
The role requires a mid level candidate who has 2-3 years experience in a similar role within a large city trading * banking environment who is keen to work abroad and swoop the cold wet English winter for sun all year round!
Candidates applying MUST possess the following skills:
-At least 2 years in a trading * banking environment in an IT department
-An excellent understanding of managing gateways & connectivity between an office and financial exchanges including skills in: CME, CBOT, LIFFE, EUREX & IPE
-Flexibility as the role is based in Gibraltar and will require a candidate to relocate to Gibraltar to perform the role
Any experience with FFastFill front end trading platform would be a huge advantage but not essential
