We are looking urgently for a PA to work for our West End based advertising client on a temporary to permanent basis, starting immediately. The role will initially be on a 1:1 basis, eventually becoming 1:3. Working on one of their prestigious accounts, main duties will include arranging meetings, co-ordinating diaries, organising travel, typing of correspondence and documents, liaising extensively at all levels, creating and updating reports and powerpoint presentations.
It is essential that you have worked at senior pa level, have excellent packages - especially word and powerpoint, fast and accurate typing and great communication and organisational skills. You need to be able to work well under pressure, juggle a busy workload and work professionally and accurately at all times.
