FIELD AGENT
Salary between £18k dependant on experience
Plus company car, phone and fax
As Field Agent you will be responsible for the clearance of outstanding accounts covering the supplying of utilities to commercial premises.
Attending premises to either collect payment or obtain information to allow the client to resolve account issues by the provision of information and*or recommendations, alternatively obtain information to allow our client to follow further avenues to collect debt.
Attending magistrate court to apply for warrants of disconnection.
Attending commercial premises with bailiffs, engineers and locksmiths (if necessary) to complete disconnections.
Working a 35-hour week an agent should have a flexible approach to his*her hours and he*she should organise visits to suit times when access to premises can be made.
There are no time constraints when hours are to be worked, however, there are expectations on the number of visits to be made in a week (average 75 per week), of course, these would vary according to the spread over the area covered and be monitored and adjusted with the number of visits to be made to court or attending disconnections.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will possess experience of the magistrate or disconnection industry, be articulate with excellent communication and impersonal skills with a flexible attitude to working. Essential: Full driving licence.
