Main Purpose of Job
To work as part of a highly professional and dynamic team responsible for co-ordinating the facilities function at the international Head Quarters of a Blue Chip Company. To promote the companies credibility and visibility in adding value and innovation and; to create an environment of high quality customer service that provides an opportunity for a true partnering approach in the operation of the Centres facilities and services. To supervise and ensure service levels on the helpdesk.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
EDUCATION - ALevel * GSSE Qualifications. - Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Work and Excel - A very good command of the English language, both written and verbal to GCSE level KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS -Some basic knowledge of databases. - Experience of teamwork - High quality Customer Service skills. - Strong Organisational Skills EXPERIENCE - Production of documents such as manuals and developing, organising and maintaining an effective filing system. - Ability to communicate confidently at all levels, in a clear and concise manner - Excellent telephone manner - Experience of dealing with high profile clients in a busy commercial environment - Provision of administrative support in a busy office environment - Working in a customer focused organisation - Working in an Engineering support role.

Days of Work: 5 days per week. 40 hours per week between 08:00hrs to 18:00hrs excluding 1 hour unpaid for lunch. The two jobholders will be expected to share start and finish times between 08.00hrs and 18.00hrs with a core attendance time of 09.00 to 17.00hrs. Holiday: 20 days paid annual leave (with flexibility to trade up) Pension: Contributory pension scheme (after qualifying period)
