An exceptional opportunity has just arisen for a highly motivated individual to join a leading Finance Company. Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Administrator to support the Branch Manager
Duties will include:
· Maintaining relationships with internal staff and customers
· Ensuring that all post and calls are processed in line with service level agreements
· Working effectively at team level to support the team in meeting its objectives and goals on a day to day basis
· All other admin duties including updating account information and processing customer statements within agreed timescales.
· Supervision of Administration team
You will have excellent attention to detail and effective customer service kills. It is essential that you are PC Literate, able to work to deadlines and can work well as part of a team.
