Our client, the headoffice of a leading fashion company are currently looking to recruit a PA*Secretary to support the FD & Head of Retail Operations. The role is very busy and therefore require a pro-active, organised and switched on candidate with a minimum of 2 years previous secretarial experience, ideally within the retail sector. Duties will include: - diary management - travel arrangements - arranging meetings - typing correspondence - organising some events - liaising with clients - dealing with invoices - ad hoc administrative duites The successful candidate must be proficient in all microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and have C and above in Maths & English GCSE.
