An opportunity to work within a large Public Library has arisen. Working on a Temporary contract you will be required to provide an efficient library and information service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the public sector, enjoy competitive rates of pay, flexible working hours and additional benefits.
Main duties: Ensure customer service policies are implemented within Library. Attend regular meetings Accept and process Library applications. Shelve returned material and maintain shelves in good order Assist senior staff in the promotion of the service Take part in training activities and attend courses Handle all financial transactions
Person specification: Customer service experience essential Cash handling Filing and routine clerical procedures Experience of using ICT systems Knowledge of public library procedures Knowledge of Library computerised systems
Please note that these roles are located within West London. Candidates with an easy commute to the local area will only be considered at this time.
