TEMPORARY CORPORATE CONFERENCE CO-ORDINATER NEEDED - TEMP - HEATHROW AREA***
This independent Corporate Travel Company based in the Heathrow area, are looking for an experienced Conference Co-ordinater to assist them in their Conference department on a Temporary basis for 1st - 19th September.
You will be responsible for organising all the ground arrangements for conferences, including hotels, meet and greets etc - throughout the UK and Europe and liaising with suppliers and corporate clients.
Essentially you would have worked as a Conference Co-ordinater for a minimum of 12 months and have organised all ground arrangements for Conferences UK and Europe wide for corporate clients OR have worked within a Business Travel Reservations role where you were responsible for working within a Conference*Events department.
