Well renowned leisure group in Surrey requires a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business into its Surrey leisure centre. As a sales and customer focused individual, you will proactively research, develop and generate new business for the venue by carrying out showrounds, upselling the facilities and marketing the venue to match competitors in the area. You will proactively identify sales opportunities and leads and should be business minded and able to cope under pressure. You will manage a team of 2 in the sales office. Previous leisure sales experience is essential, therefore this role would suit an existing sales manager who is looking for a new challenge. There is commission available on top of the salary.
