Top hotel with over 200 rooms in Nottinghamshire seeks a strongly experienced Sales Executive to drive conference, meetings and training business into the hotel. Reporting to the Divisional Sales Manager you will also direct potential leads to other hotels with the group. You will research and develop new leads and potential sources of new business, develop strong client relationships with the aim to secure conference business and increase business from existing clients. You will need to have previous sales experience in hotels, good sales ability, customer-facing and telesales experience and be organised, self-motivated, persuasive with excellent oral skills and conference knowledge. Your telesales target will be around 80 new calls per week with at least 3 appointments per week. Benefits include a 20% annual bonus, car, pension and healthcare.
